changed a bit of visuals (still dogshi) players can now sign up/in accounts for better progression please keep note that im not 110% sure it will work as intend...

fixed a major bug that disabled the tower placing (whenever the player was in the battle for more then 2 times) in battle mode...

i now made it possible to play the game with touch screen, so you can play it aswel on phones and laptops ...
